TABLE BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dress code
Dress code is black tie

What is included in the price
Each table price includes a drinks reception and three-course dinner with wine for 10 people. All entertainment and entry to the after party is also included.

Booking confirmation
Confirmation of your booking and a VAT invoice will be sent to you shortly after receipt of your application form and payment. If you are paying by credit card you will be contacted for details. If you do not receive your booking confirmation within two weeks of making your application, please telephone Kate Holden on 44 (0) 20 7269 7588.

Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing before 1pm on 15 August 2008 will be subject to a 20% administration fee. All fees are forfeited thereafter.

In exceptional circumstances, eGaming Review reserves the right to change the programme without notice and or refuse bookings. In the event that the ceremony is cancelled, you will be refunded the full value of your ticket price.
