Our client, a global provider of gaming products, technologies, solutions and services, is currently seeking a Senior Technical Manager based in New Zealand. The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical direction for the development, design and systems integration for the casino clients.
Key Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in electronics, Computer Science or in a related technical field with equivalent training and experiences
- Substantial customer support experience of at least 5 years in computer systems or business applications support, troubleshooting and analysing problems
- A demonstrated understanding of casinos / electronic gaming systems, and/ or technology products would be advantageous. A land based Technical service background is preferred
- Excellent project management and client facing skills
- Possess professional and effective leadership, communication and influencing
