Job description

A rapidly expanding and dynamic player in the online betting and gaming industry is looking to recruit a VIP Manager to support the company’s current growth and future development. With a new casino product set to launch, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business which is going to expected to grow at a rapid rate.

You will be charged with managing the existing VIP portfolio and acquiring new players, personally developing relationships with a select group of VIP players to forge trust, loyalty and complete satisfaction in their gaming experience You will also be expected to retain and grow your VIPs’ net revenue contributions through bespoke long term incentives, special offers and creative strategies, maximising ROI. You will also monitor VIP and High Rollers performance closely, offering support to your VIPs where required and regularly feed back to the company on all developments and progress

Excellent relationship management and good written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position. You must be an innovative individual with the ability to work within a team and autonomously. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are also paramount with a background in a similar type of role, essentially with gaming industry knowledge.
