Neovia overhauls payment suite 26/11/2008
Neovia Financial has announced an upgrade to its service, integrating the company’s product lines into a single service and expanding access to international markets for merchants.
The online payment solutions provider, formerly know as Neteller, has introduced a new web payment channel and upgraded the payment suite so vendors can access all web payment types, both card and non-card, through one service point.
“Our goal is to provide a service to merchants that enables them to leverage payments as a strategic driver for their businesses,” said Dan Starr, executive vice president of the merchant services division at Neovia Financial. “With this significant service upgrade we have made it easier and quicker for merchants to leverage what we believe is the broadest and best global payment suite on the market. It's the new way to pay and get paid.”
The revamped product also allows merchants to take payments via a greater number of methods: they can now accept payment using the Neteller e-wallet, Paperless Direct Debit, POLi, Carte Bleue, Carta Si, DIRECTebanking/DirectPay24, and Ukash, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners, iDeal, Giropay and ELV. Merchants are also able to automatically open Neteller e-wallets for customers who purchase goods from their websites. The e-wallet offers better security than credit and debit cards and offers merchants 100% indemnified payments.
Additional currencies have also been added, including those of Australia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, India, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Mexico, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Japan.
The upgraded service is available immediately.
