eGaming Review would like to thank PartyGaming and PKR for their respective £20,000 and £7,500 donations to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, which was championed at Monday night’s EGR Awards for the second year.

Richard Glynn, Sporting Index chairman and a UK government-appointed trustee to the charity, said: “I am grateful to the egaming community for its generosity. Once again this proves the keen sense of social responsibility of this industry and its ongoing desire to help and protect the vulnerable in society.”

A PartyGaming spokesman said: “Great Ormond Street is special for many reasons: the patients are special, as is the hospital’s staff, which cares for remarkable and brave children. PartyGaming is proud to support eGaming Review’s chosen charity, and we wish the magazine well in its efforts to raise even more funds for this world-class hospital.
