888 signs up to Rival 16/05/2008
Poker and casino giant 888 has continued its activity in partnerships by signing a strategic agreement with Rival Powered, a leading provider of game-server software and thematically based virtual games known as ‘iSlots’.
The company’s statement said Rival was a relative newcomer to the gaming software business and its technology brought vivid graphics and animations to its themed products to fit in with 888's global customer base.
The company has been active in recent weeks by integrating soft gaming products to go alongside its core casino and poker products.
Gabi Campos, senior vice president and head of offering for 888, said: "As 888's gaming arena becomes broader, through constant internal development of sophisticated games and integration of external unique content, we seek partners that can add freshness. i-Slots' video clips, atmosphere and characters, are perfectly suited to provide a highly interactive fun customer experience for players who access games from 888's casino lobby, poker room, sportsbook portal and bingo website, or from 888's white labeled platforms."
Patrick Stacey, chief executive of Rival Powered, said: "As a new market leader in innovative games, Rival is proud and eager to partner with 888 in providing its visually rich and highly interactive offering of games to a wider audience."
